STEP 1: POSITION THE TAPE
Place the tape just above your eyebrows.
Keep it level across your forehead. This is the ideal starting point for measuring the fullest part of your head.
STEP 2: MEASURE YOUR HEAD
Wrap the measuring tape around the fullest part of your head.
Keep the tape level as it passes above your eyebrows and around the back of your head. It should sit comfortably against your head without being too tight.
STEP 3: MATCH YOUR SIZE
Check your head circumference against the RYDR size guide.
Choose the helmet size that matches your measurement for a secure, comfortable fit that stays in place as you ride.
