Shipping policy
At RYDR, we take great care to ensure that your order reaches your doorstep in a safe, secure, and timely manner.
We currently deliver across India through carefully selected logistics partners Hexalog who follow industry-standard handling and delivery practices.
1. Shipping Charges
- RYDR ships to most serviceable locations within India.
- Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated based on the order value, delivery location, and order weight.
- Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment confirmation.
- Free shipping may be offered on select orders or during promotional periods and will be clearly communicated on the website or at checkout.
- All shipping charges are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST).
2. Delivery Process

Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.

Each item is carefully inspected for quality, freshness, packaging integrity and labelling before dispatch.

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

Once dispatched, orders are handed over to our courier partners for delivery.

Standard delivery timelines range between 1–7 business days from the date of dispatch.
- RYDR shall not be held liable for delays caused by third-party logistics partners or external circumstances.
Note: Delivery timelines may vary depending on the delivery address, courier operations, weather conditions, or peak periods such as sales and promotions.
3. Order Status & Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email and/or SMS.

4. Delivery & Package Inspection
- Please ensure that the delivery address and contact details provided are accurate and complete. Kindly ensure someone is available to receive the order at the delivery address.
- Upon delivery, customers are advised to inspect the package before accepting it.
- If the package appears damaged, opened, or tampered with, please do not accept the delivery and notify our support team immediately.
- If an issue is noticed at the time of delivery, customers must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order and share clear photographs or an unboxing video for verification.
5. Failed or returned Deliveries

Orders returned due to incorrect address details, repeated failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept delivery may be treated as Return to Origin (RTO).

In such cases, re-shipping or refunds (if applicable) will be processed after deducting shipping and handling charges.
- RYDR reserves the right to limit Cash on Delivery (COD) options for customers with repeated RTO cases.
